On behalf of the scientific and organizing committees, we would like to express our gratitude to you all on attending the Best of ASCO UAE 2024 Conference, hosted by Tawam Hospital and SEHA.

The Best of ASCO UAE 2024 Conference is officially licensed by the American Society of Clinical Oncology® and was held on 29th to 30th June 2024 at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel, Abu Dhabi. Chaired by Dr. Khalid Balaraj and Dr. Jawaher Ansari, the focus of this event was to provide oncologists and other healthcare practitioners with a summary of the most significant treatment advances presented at the 2024 ASCO® Annual Meeting.

The presentations focused on several key disease sites including breast, gastrointestinal, lung and genitourinary cancers.

The abstracts selected for presentation and discussion reflected the foremost research and strategies in oncology that will impact clinical practice and patient care. This two-day program featured in-depth discussion and analysis of the latest scientific findings in several cancer sites and practice-changing advances in cancer treatment. Participants had the opportunity to attend practice-changing abstract and plenary presentations and participate in live panel discussions with leading international and regional experts.
